“We had worked with Vicky when my parents bought the property and we’re happy to see that she was still working in the area. We met with here and she provided great advice on pricing and how to proceed. She got the property on the market very quickly and coordinated all the things that go into that (pictures, etc). We had multiple showings within a couple days and had an offer within a week. She advised us on the offer and kept us up to date at every step and didn’t hesitate to call us when the deal fell through. We got it back on the market and got a couple more offers. We took the one that was $10k over asking and Vicky handled all of the closing tasks which made it simple for us. We will definitely work with Vicky again if the opportunity arises.”
